If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns, as written below:

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all products are final sale, and we do not accept refunds or return. We do not accept requests for order cancellations or the return of products unless the item you purchased is confirmed to be defective (Please note that defects resulting from incorrect installation methods by customers are not included, as stated below. Please strictly follow the user manual when installing the product.). If you receive an incorrect product bundle, please contact us at info.cloudspower@gmail.com. Refund requests for defective or incorrect products will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, details of the product, an image of the defect, and your order invoice. We will review your request and inform you of the ways to identify and resolve the defect or whether the product is eligible for return via email. To be eligible for a return, your product bundle must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If a product bundle cannot be exchanged, the purchase price will be refunded.

Returning Process

If your situation qualifies for a return, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. We will provide you with the returning address in the return approval email.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery carrier.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return (for a defective or incorrect product) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued within a certain number of days.
