Shipping Policy

Here is Clouds Power shipping policy. This policy applies to all map updates and other products purchased on the store.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow about 2-3 working days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME AND RATES

Orders placed at any time during the day will be dispatched the following day after processing. They will be shipped from one of our warehouses in California.

Generally, orders are shipped within 7 working days using FedEx or other delivery carriers.

We do provide free shipping for all purchases made on our website. However, we do not currently ship outside of the U.S.

IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible by submitting a website contact form or sending an email at info.cloudspower@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
